Revenir: A return to how Telecom Management should be

We help our customers build data networks, call centers, cloud solutions, voice networks, and provide professional services. As an agent, we have contractual relationships that allow us to represent multiple service providers including:

Data Networks

There are multiple ways to connect remote sites and allow for the sharing of data. Solutions should take into consideration bandwidth requirements, technology availability, performance, and price. Solutions from vendors include:

Data Networks

Connectivity for browsing, email, applications, backup, and commerce.

A protocol for speeding up and shaping network traffic flows. MPLS allows most packets to be forwarded at Layer 2 (the switching level) rather than having to be passed up to Layer 3 (the routing level).

Virtual Private Network

Network that uses the Internet to provide remote offices or individual users with secure access to their organization's network.

Metro Ethernet

Multipoint network based on Ethernet standards.

Licensed Microwave

Wireless connectivity that requires regulatory approval before deployment.

T-1 to OC-768

Digital transmission service with data capacity of 1.54 Mbps to 40 Gps

Wireless bandwidth offered by the major cellphone companies. Most often used as a redundant connection.

Server Colocation

Outsourced facility that provides space, power, cooling, physical security, and network connectivity for mission critical servers, backup equipment, and other telecommunications equipment.

Cloud Solutions

Cloud computing is the latest buzz. This simply refers to storing and accessing data and programs over the Internet, instead of your computer's hard drive or local data network.

Cloud Solutions

Microsoft office 365

Subscription plans that include access to MS Office applications plus Lync web conferencing, Exchange Online hosted email for business, and additional online storage with OneDrive and Skype.

Virtual Data Centers

All the traditional features of a world class data center offered as a service to customers without the cost to build or maintain the facility.

Virtual Desktop

Web based access to a computer hosted in the cloud. Accessible from any internet enabled device. Application and backup managed by the service provider.

Virtual Servers

Web based server technology that is provided as a service but is owned and maintained by service provider. A cost effective way to quickly gain computing power without capital expense that is leased on an as needed basis.

Remote Backup & Recovery

Onsite and offsite backup of critical data available for partial or complete restoral as needed on demand.

Business Continuity Planning

A defined plan with related processes and equipment to be used in the event of a serious accident or disaster that would otherwise interrupt the operation of a business.

Server Colocation

Outsourced facility that provides space, power, cooling, physical security, and network connectivity for mission critical servers, backup equipment, and other telecommunications equipment.

Call Centers

We help our customers build call centers solutions with either facilities based or cloud based solutions. Technology solutions include Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Integrated Voice Response (IVR), Call Analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration, Performance Reporting, Network Connectivity, etc. We have worked with customers that have as few as 10 seats in their call center to as large as several hundred seats with full redundancy.

Cloud Based Call Center

Cloud Based

Cloud based call centers are turnkey solutions “in a box,” leased by the service provider to the customer. The application is hosted and managed by the service provider.

Facilities Based Call Center

Facilities Based

Facilities based call centers are custom built and owned by the customer. Best of bread vendors are selected for products and services that meet the unique needs of customers and then integrated into a common platform.

Voice Networks

Voice networks are the interconnection of phone companies and service providers from around the world. Service providers can offer traditional business and consumer dial tone and cellular services. More advance voice solutions include sending voice calls over the internet or private data networks. Customers should consider voice quality, reliability, price, performance, and redundancy when choosing a technology for mission critical voice communication!

PSTN Network

In most cases, calls travel over the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). Common technologies for enterprises to connect to the PSTN include PRI’s, POTS, and Cellular. More advanced technologies include SIP, VoIP, and Hosted PBX solutions.

Video Conferencing

Video Conferencing

If a picture is worth a thousand words, real-time sharing of thoughts and images during a conversation is priceless. Video conferencing can be as simple as web-based sharing of desktops, files, and camera images or as complex as dedicated multipoint high-resolution video.

Audio Conferencing

Audio Conferencing

Business and personal relationships are most effective with clear communication. In many cases, decisions are made with collaboration between multiple people. Audio Conferencing is an efficient way for people to communicate without unproductive time lost due to travel.

Professional Services

Professional Services

We help our customers evaluate their needs for voice, data, internet, and cloud related projects. We manage projects such as; design, vendor selection, inventory management, cost savings, help desk support, and MAC requests.
